Job summary

Microland Limited in Bengaluru, India, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. You will shape scope, plans, and communication with stakeholders, drive milestones, manage risks, and ensure delivery using MS Project and MS Visio.

Qualifications

• Overall experience of 9-11 years in project management.
• Strong familiarity with MS Project and MS Visio.
• Solid working knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Data Center, Networks, Server and Storage technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Plan, schedule, and track project milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools.
• Track project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
• Conduct project post-mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
