Job summary

Comviva in Gurugram, India, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end IT and Telecom projects, applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methods based on project needs.

You'll lead Agile ceremonies, manage stakeholders, coordinate with vendors, maintain docs, and monitor risks, budgets, and timelines, with travel to onsite engagements as required.

Excellent certification in PMP or PRINCE2 and strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Trello, and Confluence are required.

Qualifications

• Certification in PMP and/or PRINCE2.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery.
• Expertise in stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of IT and Telecom projects, from initiation through closure.
• Apply delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, timelines, milestones, trackers, and change logs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget constraints while managing competing priorities.
• Define project scope, feasibility, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Track project performance using KPIs and proactively address risks, issues, and blockers.
• Maintain consistent and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Perform budget tracking and financial analysis, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
• Share timely updates and reports with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be open to travel based on project demands, including onsite engagements.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations for clients, leadership, and project teams.
