The ideal candidate holds an MBA with PMP certification, advanced Excel skills and hands-on Power BI experience, plus strong communication and presentation abilities to manage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Project Management.

Responsibilities

• End to End Planning and managing of product development projects.
• Ensure profitability, costs, quality and timing objectives.
• Coordinate project team members, customers, development partners, suppliers and facilities.
• Provide functional leadership and assign work packages.
• Manage released project budget and monitor progress.
• Escalate in case of abnormal situations and ensure information flow across teams.
• Prepare and present project reports to management committees.
• Coordinate and manage project changes and requirements management.

Job description

Roles and Responsibility:

• End to End Planning and managing of product development projects.
• Overall responsibility for the successful execution of projects in order to achieve the project objectives concerning profitability, costs, quality and timing
• Ensuring of simultaneous engineering as well as effective opportunity and risk management
• Coordination of project team members, customers, internal and external development partners, suppliers and production facilities
• Functional leadership of the project team
• Planning and assigning work packages to the team while monitoring and controlling the progress
• Overall responsibility and management of released project budget
• Successful management of all project stakeholders interests
• Project reporting and presentation to management committees
• Create and maintain transparency within the project
• Coordination and management of project changes considering the effects on the project objectives
• Successfully ensure requirements management

• PM has the right and duty of escalation in case of abnormal situation.
• PM must ensure all relevant information from the project discussed in the Core Team: including changes, risk detection and evaluation, is forwarded to the Extended Team members and vice versa.
