Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Chennai is seeking a Tower Incharge responsible for execution, supervision and control of construction activities for the assigned tower, ensuring compliance with drawings, quality standards, safety norms and project schedules.

You will coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams, supervise day-to-day activities, monitor progress, documentation, and handovers, while mentoring junior engineers to ensure disciplined execution at site.
