Templeton & Partners - Innovative & Inclusive Hiring Solutions seeks an experienced Programme Management Lead to establish and lead the PMO for a major enterprise transformation programme. You will set planning, governance and delivery controls to translate the programme vision into measurable outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders, business and technology teams, and delivery partners to provide oversight and a single, reliable view of delivery with strong financial and delivery

Competenze

• Proven experience leading a PMO or programme management function in enterprise transformation.
• Strong expertise in programme planning, governance, financial management and delivery assurance.
• Experience coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams and external delivery partners.
• Understanding data delivery lifecycles including data validation, governance, business acceptance and adoption.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Planview, maintaining integrated programme and portfolio plans.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience with Finance and Procurement on budgets and investments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Programme Management Lead to establish and lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) for a major enterprise transformation programme.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for putting the planning, governance and delivery controls in place to turn the programme's vision into measurable business outcomes.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, business teams, technology teams and delivery partners, you will provide the oversight and structure needed to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of trusted, connected data across the organisation.

The Role – Key Responsibilities

• Programme Planning: Own and maintain an integrated programme plan in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring clear milestones, dependencies, deliverables and accountability.
• Governance & Reporting: Lead programme governance activities, prepare executive-level reporting and decision papers, and ensure actions and decisions are followed through.
• Delivery Assurance: Monitor progress against commitments, identify delivery risks and slippage early, and coordinate recovery plans.
• Financial Management: Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, actuals, supplier commitments and funding requirements.
• Risk & Dependency Management: Maintain programme RAID logs, manage cross-programme dependencies and proactively elevate blockers.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Provide a clear and accurate view of programme health, delivery confidence, financial performance and key decisions required.
• Change Control: Manage changes to programme scope, schedule and cost, ensuring impacts are understood and the programme baseline remains controlled.
• Portfolio Management: Maintain programme plans in Planview, ensuring alignment with enterprise portfolio requirements and reporting.

About You

You will bring:

• Proven experience leading a PMO or programme management function within a complex enterprise transformation.
• Strong expertise in programme planning, governance, financial management and delivery assurance.
• Experience coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams and external delivery partners.
• A good understanding of data delivery lifecycles, including data validation, governance, business acceptance and adoption.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) and Planview, with the ability to maintain integrated programme and portfolio plans.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience working with Finance and Procurement on budgets, supplier commitments and investment controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and influence senior leadership.
• The ability to translate complex programme information into clear, actionable executive-level insights.
