Job summary

Zetwerk is hiring for a senior Program Manager to own end-to-end programs for key customers and product portfolios in India. You will steer New Product Introductions from RFQ to production ramp, lead program reviews, and drive cross-functional issue resolution to meet commitments.

The role emphasizes profitability, cost control, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has extensive EMS/contract manufacturing experience, a BE/BTech with MBA preferred, and PM certifications (PMP/PRINCE2)

Qualifications

• Support quotation, pricing, cost analysis, and business case preparation.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through value engineering and process optimization.
• Review forecast accuracy and manage customer demand changes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Program Managers and Project Coordinators.
• Establish performance goals and succession planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing, or Electronics Manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or PGDM is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage.
• Proven experience managing multiple customer programs.
• Exposure to automotive, consumer electronics is an advantage.
