Job summary

Pactron is seeking a proactive Program Management Executive / Junior Program Manager to support program execution in an EMS environment. You will assist in managing customer programs and production activities, coordinating across Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.

You will prepare schedules, trackers, and milestone reports; monitor quality, cost, delivery, and schedule; and generate daily to monthly status dashboards.

Qualifications

• EMS / electronics manufacturing knowledge required.
• Familiarity with SMT, PCB assembly, box-build and testing.
• Understanding BOM, engineering changes and material planning.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in managing ongoing customer programs and production activities.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders and ensure timely closure of open action items.
• Identify program risks, delays, and dependencies and escalate them to the Program Manager.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly program status reports and dashboards.
• Participate in program review meetings, production meetings, and customer calls.

Required Skills

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA/PG qualification in Operations or Project Management is an added advantage.
