Job summary

Avalon Technologies Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex EMS programs end-to-end. You will interface with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries, manage POs and contract reviews, and drive NPI and product development activities.

The ideal candidate has 7-9 years in program management within EMS, strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across Operations, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in Program Management within the EMS industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing product life cycle from NPI to production and delivery.
• Strong coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key interface between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
• Support customer communication on order status, delivery commitments, and issue resolution.
• Review customer POs and coordinate contract reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Track action items from contract reviews and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor program schedules and proactively escape delivery risks to relevant stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding order progress, material constraints, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, program status reports, and management review presentations.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams on New Product Introduction (NPI) and product development activities.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly review meetings with cross-functional teams and track closure of identified actions.
• Ensure effective communication of customer requirements and changes to Operations and Planning teams.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
• Support supplier interactions and coordinate resolution of material or delivery-related issues when required.
• Follow up with customers on payments and support the finance team in ensuring timely collections.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, delivery performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support the Program Manager in achieving departmental goals and business objectives.

• 7-9 years of experience in Program Management within the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry.
• Hands-on experience in managing product life cycle activities from NPI to production and delivery.

• Experience in handling box-build products will be an added advantage.
