Job summary

Birla Precision Technologies Ltd in India seeks a Sr Manager Process/ Manufacturing Engineering to lead process engineering, drive productivity and cost improvements, and champion new product industrialization with CI and shop-floor leadership.

You will work with CNC/VMC/HMC, GD&T, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC/MSA, Lean Six Sigma, OEE/TPM, CAD/CAM, Industry 4.0 and ERP/MES to optimize operations across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• UG degree in Production/Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, or Manufacturing Eng.

Responsibilities

• Drive process engineering, productivity and cost improvements.
• Oversee new product industrialization.
• Provide CI and shop-floor leadership.
