Knack RCM seeks a senior leader with 10+ years of RCM experience to head physician billing AR operations from Jaipur. The role emphasizes strategic leadership of 120-200 resources, delivering results and managing client relationships.

You will oversee US healthcare billing processes, payer guidelines and AR workflows, while driving process improvements, analytics and stakeholder alignment across global clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
• At least 2+ years in a leadership role as Assistant Manager (or equivalent).
• Minimum team size managed: 120-200 resources.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines and AR processes.
• Ability to lead large teams, manage priorities and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in RCM tools, AR platforms and reporting systems, with client-facing experience.
