Job summary

Knack RCM in Mohali (Punjab) is seeking a senior leader with 9+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, specifically Physician Billing AR, to oversee 100-120 resources and drive strategic initiatives. You will partner with US healthcare providers and internal teams to optimize AR performance and service delivery.

This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and in-depth knowledge of payer guidelines. Immediate joiners are preferred for this high-impact position.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• At least 2+ years of leadership as Assistant Manager (or equivalent) in Physician Billing AR.
• Minimum team size handled should be 100-120 resources.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines, and AR processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in RCM tools, AR management platforms, and reporting systems.
• Strong client-facing experience with US healthcare providers.
