Knack RCM in Jaipur seeks a Senior DME AR Operations Leader to provide strategic direction for end-to-end DME AR processes. You will oversee large teams, set goals aligned with client expectations, and drive improvements in collections, aging, and productivity.

Responsibilities include partnering with US healthcare clients, conducting governance reviews, and guiding transformation initiatives, with focus on compliance and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within DME AR.
• Proven leadership experience at senior operations level (3+ years).
• Experience managing large teams (120–200+ resources) in a high-volume setting.

Role & responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end DME AR operations.


• Manage and oversee large operations teams comprising 120 to 200+ FTEs, including Team Leads, Assistant Managers, and Managers.


• Drive improvements in collections, revenue realization, denial reduction, aging management, and productivity metrics.


• Establish operational goals and ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational objectives.


• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, quality standards, and financial outcomes.


• Lead process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives across DME AR operations.


• Partner closely with US healthcare clients to ensure operational excellence and account growth.


• Conduct business reviews, client governance meetings, and performance discussions.


• Develop succession plans, talent management strategies, and leadership development programs.


• Manage escalations, risk mitigation strategies, and operational compliance requirements.


• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).


• Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience as Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, or equivalent role in DME AR Operations.


• Proven experience managing 120-200+ resources in a high-volume healthcare environment.

• Experience managing direct client interactions with US healthcare providers.


• Exposure to automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
