Job summary

Knack RCM in Jaipur is seeking a senior leader with 10+ years in Revenue Cycle Management to guide Physician Billing AR operations and lead a large team.

The role requires deep knowledge of US payer guidelines, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable results while driving automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the RCM industry.
• At least 2+ years of proven leadership as Assistant Manager in Physician Billing AR.
• Experience overseeing 120-200 resources.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare billing, payer guidelines, and AR processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with RCM tools, AR platforms and reporting systems.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
