Job summary

Talasha in Mumbai is hiring a Senior Manager- Performance Marketing (Amazon Advertising) to lead and own the Amazon advertising strategy across geographies for an education-based toys & games brand. You will drive ROI/ROAS targets, own the P&L, and partner with marketplaces to craft Joint Business Plans and DSP initiatives.

You will guide creative with a data-driven lens, run AB testing, and maintain a live dashboard for leadership, while aligning pricing and promotions with market benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in amazon advertising (AMS).
• Experience owning the amazon marketing P&L.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build & own a robust performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns across geographies.
• Deliver ROI/ROAS targets and own performance marketing P&L.
• Partner with marketplaces to create Joint Business Plans and DSPs.
• Collaborate with the creative team to translate data into sharper hooks and offers.
• Run structured AB testing across audiences, placements, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages & promos.
• Build and maintain a live performance dashboard with visibility for leadership.
• Identify drops, anomalies or scale opportunities early and respond clearly.
• Study competitor strategy & align with evolving marketing benchmarks.
• Optimise pricing strategies, deals & sales promotions.
• Collaborate with inventory, supply chain, catalogue & customer service teams for optimal experience.

Talasha has been mandated to hire a Senior Manager- Performance Marketing (Amazon Advertising) for a Mumbai based, series B Funded, direct to consumer brand that is one of the best known brands for education based toys & games for children

Responsibilities -

• Build & own a robust performance marketing strategy for amazon PPC campaigns across geographies
• Deliver the ROI/ROAS targets & own the performance marketing P&L
• Partner with the leading marketplaces to create competitive Joint Business Plans, DSPs, etc
• Brief the creative team with a strong conversion lens, translating data into sharper hooks, formats, offers and audience angels
• Run structured, always-on AB/B testing across audiences, placements, creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages & promotional constructs
• Build and maintain a live performance dashboard with clear visibility for the leadership team
• Identify drops, anomalies or scale opportunities early and respond with clarity
• Study competitor strategy & align with evolving marketing benchmarks
• Optimise the pricing strategies, deals & sales promotions
• Collaborate & partner with inventory, supply chain, catalogue & customer service teams to ensure the optimal customer experience
