Responsibilities

• Design policies for retail parts business to maximize spares offtake and CP profitability.
• Budgeting and monthly VME calculations with finance teams; ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Design and monitor retail network schemes within budget; provide regular feedback to CPs.
• Manage distributor and retailer network; identify low-penetration areas and promote TMPV parts.

Purpose of the Role

Implement and drive distributor spares sales strategy for the region through retail network development & process implementation In order to achieve desired retail penetration, parts availability & distributor profitability Within company policy and management guidelines.

Job Responsibility

1. Designing of Policy for Spare Parts Retail Business

• Design policies for Retail parts Business to maximize spares offtake / retail targets as per management expectations and ensuring CP profitability as per guidelines
• Policy to meet all TMPVL guidelines and ensure actions with CP
• Collect feedback from CP for changes required in policies and schemes.
• Ensure and Monitor VME of Distributors to within the Budgeted target

2.Payout calculations and monitoring

• Provision of All Budgets for Retail Business
• Calculation of VME on monthly basis along with GDC and Finance
• Sharing Details to GDC and Finance for maker checker audit
• Invoice collection from CP as per invoice
• Sharing of document to GDC and Finance for posting of invoices
• Maintaining documents for Audits and following all Audit requirements * Ensure FME monitoring as per Budget
• MIS for all FME and FME on monthly basis .

3. Schemes for Retail Network

• Designing of schemes for retail network to maximize retail penetration
• Designing schemes at Part level , Distributor manpower level
• Monitoring of schemes to be within Budget available
• Regular Feedback on schemes from CPs to improve further
• MIS for all schemes on regular basis

4.Retail network Management to maximize retail penetration

• Ensuring Sufficient network of Distributor, Retailers and Mechanics - Identify Talukas ,cities ,Districts where low penetration of sales and ensure TMPV Parts are promoted and sold through sufficient network
• Ensuring proper norms for Infrastructure, Manpower are followed at all network
