Qualifications

Operational Excellence & Client Stewardship: Oversee end-to-end operational efficiency across the designatedwarehouse. You will be the face of AAJ for some of our clients, ensuring that our promises translate into flawlessexecution.

Strategy Implementation: Collaborate directly with the senior management to implement and execute theoperational strategies aligned with the organization's broader goals.

Project Management: Lead site-level continuous improvement projects by managing deliverables, allocatingresources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

Iterative Betterment: Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization within differentoperational functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, andimplement effective solutions.

Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular operational research and data analysis to track facility metrics,providing regular reports to senior leadership on areas for improvement.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale the on-ground operations team, reinforcing AAJ's culture ofownership and independent decision-making

Requirements

Required Skills:
