Job summary

AAJ Supply Chain Management seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations in Haryana, with locations Kundli or Tauru. You will drive operational excellence, implement strategies with senior management, and oversee continuous improvement projects to ensure flawless execution for key clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in operations, 3PL exposure, and an MBA in Operations.

Responsibilities

Job description

Duties and responsibility:

• Operational Excellence & Client Stewardship: Oversee end-to-end operational efficiency across the designated warehouse. You will be the face of AAJ for some of our clients, ensuring that our promises translate into flawless execution.

• Strategy Implementation: Collaborate directly with the senior management to implement and execute the operational strategies aligned with the organization's broader goals.

• Project Management: Lead site-level continuous improvement projects by managing deliverables, allocating resources, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.

• Iterative Betterment: Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization within different operational functions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement effective solutions.

• Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular operational research and data analysis to track facility metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership on areas for improvement.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale the on-ground operations team, reinforcing AAJ's culture of ownership and independent decision-making.

Required Skills:

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Operations. Specific experience in 3PL companies.

• MBA in Operations from a Top B-school is preferable.

• A strategic mind alongside the grit to be hands-on with warehouse operations.

Other Details:

• Location will be Kundli or Tauru, Haryana. Depending on candidate preference and job requirements.

• CTC of 12 to 20 LPA depending on experience and skillset.
