Job summary

Minivel Services seeks a seasoned Marketing Activation Lead in Pune to plan and execute activations, campaigns and experiential initiatives that drive footfall and customer engagement.

The role involves managing the annual events calendar, coordinating with retailers and agencies, and leading the centre marketing team to deliver brand promotions and community events.

Qualifications

• Candidates with 11+ years in marketing activations, events, partnerships, brand promotions or mall marketing.
• Mall marketing background strongly preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activations, promotional campaigns, seasonal events and experiential initiatives to drive footfall and customer engagement.
• Manage the annual marketing and events calendar aligned with business and trading objectives.
• Conceptualize and execute customer engagement and brand promotion programs.
• Plan and oversee mall events, exhibitions, trade shows, community and corporate events.
• Coordinate with retailers, agencies, vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution.
• Manage visual merchandising, seasonal dcor, promotional displays and signage as per brand guidelines.
• Manage project timelines, vendors, agencies and marketing budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Monitor mall consumer trends, competition and market requirements to improve marketing initiatives.
• Lead and guide the centre marketing team and coordinate closely with the Head Office marketing team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with minimum 11 years of relevant experience in marketing activations, events, partnerships, brand promotions, or mall marketing.
• Mall marketing background is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with experience in event planning, experiential marketing, customer engagement and brand promotions.
• Candidates with strong vendor, agency, stakeholder and budget management experience.
• MBA Marketing, preferably with a specialization in Events, will be an added advantage.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with the centre team and Head Office.
