Job summary

• 12+ years experience in leading Motor Third Party Claims Portfolio at Zonal or Corporate Level.

• Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
• Experience leading a team of 25+

Responsibilities

• Lead Motor Third Party Claims Portfolio – Compensation cases.
• Analyze the trends and steer the team for optimum performance.
• Monitor Lawyers performance and ensure they adhere to Company’s ethics and performance standards.
• Keep the team updated with latest legal position and interpretations of the relevant provisions / laws.
• Strategize defence line and guide on appropriate evidence being led to protect the interests of the Company.
• To prepare and submit various regulatory reports and comply with adhoc reports or data requirements from various authorities, auditors from time to time.
