Job summary

OCS Services Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks a Senior Manager – Legal to lead the Legal & Contracts team and steer day-to-day operations across global operations, with emphasis on complex domestic and international contracts.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and standardize templates and policies, advise business leaders on risk and compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement and HR.

Based in Mumbai with occasional travel; 8–12 years in-house experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of PQE with significant in-house legal experience.
• LL.B. required; LL.M. is preferred.
• Strong commercial contracts, leadership, governance and stakeholder management skills.

OCS Services is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Legal to lead the day-to-day operations of our Legal & Contracts function. This role is responsible for managing legal operations, leading the legal team, driving standardisation initiatives, supporting complex commercial transactions, and providing commercially sound legal advice across OCS’s global operations.

What You Will Do:
