About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Executive - Program Management (CEO's Office) to support strategic execution, performance management, management reporting, and cross-functional initiatives across OCS Services. The role is responsible for translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, tracking key milestones and actions, identifying execution bottlenecks, and supporting leadership visibility into business performance.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in strategy execution, program management, performance tracking, business operations, or management consulting who can work effectively across functions and help drive organizational priorities to successful completion.

As Sr. Executive - Program Management (CEO's Office), you will:

Strategy & Performance Management

• Support the CEO's Office in translating business strategy into clear priorities, KPIs, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with business and functional leaders to establish and monitor performance indicators.
• Track progress against strategic initiatives and identify performance gaps, trends, and risks requiring management attention.
• Support KPI-based performance reviews and accountability mechanisms across the organization.

Execution & Program Management

• Monitor progress of strategic initiatives, action plans, and business-critical projects.
• Track dependencies, milestones, and commitments across multiple stakeholders.
• Identify execution bottlenecks and facilitate timely resolution with relevant teams.
• Escalate significant delays, risks, and unresolved issues to management when required.

Management Information & Reporting

• Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
• Develop executive dashboards, MIS reports, and performance summaries for leadership review.
• Analyse business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and insights.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and digitalization.
• Support implementation and tracking of improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with business heads and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on organizational priorities.
• Represent the CEO's Office in relevant projects and management forums as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business Management, Strategy, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in strategy planning, performance management, program management, project management, business operations, or management consulting.
• Strong understanding of KPI frameworks, business performance management, and strategy execution.
• Experience preparing MIS reports, dashboards, executive presentations, and management reviews.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and execution risks.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI or reporting tools is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience within the Oil & Gas or Energy sector will be an advantage.
