Job summary

OCS Services is seeking an experienced Manager – Engineering to lead and oversee engineering operations and maintenance for our FPSO unit, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant offshore energy production.

The role requires a senior professional with extensive FPSO experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive technical excellence across multi-disciplinary teams while coordinating with operations, procurement, and safety functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• 20–25 years of experience in engineering management, with at least 10–25 years in offshore oil & gas.
• Proven leadership experience in FPSO operations and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Ability to manage diverse teams and deliver results within timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and maintenance activities on the FPSO.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize performance and reliability.
• Conduct inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
