• 10+ years of handling Labour Law Compliances in India.
• Experience in Labour Law Compliance Consulting / Legal Advisory / HR Compliance.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Prior experience selling labour law compliance, HR‑tech, payroll, legal/regulatory, or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with teams and tools like Teamlease, Regtech, Simpliance, Legalwiz, Greytip, Keka, Darwinbox, Cleartax Compliance, etc.
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to position solutions.
• Excellent communication and presenting skills in English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.

Client:Compliance ManagementSolutions company focused on Labour Law compliance in India

· Lead and manage the Labour LawCompliance by driving operational excellence, client advisory, legalrepresentation, team leadership, compliance audits, and business supportinitiatives.

· The role requires strongexpertise in labour laws, client management, government liaisoning, and peopleleadership.

· Functional AreaResponsibilities include Team Leadership & Operations Lead, mentoring, andguiding the labour law compliance team; ensure smooth execution of complianceactivities and operational efficiency.

· Client Advisory &Relationship Management: Interact with clients independently, address labourlaw and legal queries, provide practical compliance solutions, and maintainstrong client relationships.

· Government & LegalRepresentation: Represent clients before Labour Departments and other statutoryauthorities for inspections, notices, hearings, closures, andcompliance-related matters.

· Compliance Audits: Conduct andoversee labour law compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective actionplanning for clients across industries.

· Inter-Department Coordination:Coordinate effectively with senior managers, operational teams, and internalstakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and communication. Inspection &Notice Handling.

· Manage labour departmentinspections, statutory notices, documentation, representations, and closureproceedings.

· Business Support & Strategy:Support management with new business ideas, process improvements, compliancesolutions, and client retention initiatives.

Requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• 10+Years of handling Labour Law Compliances in India Qualification LawGraduate (Mandatory) / LL.M./M.L. is preferable
  
• IndustryPreference: Labour Law Compliance Consulting / Legal Advisory / HRCompliance / Corporate Compliance.
  
• 3–5years of B2B sales experience, with a consistent track record of meetingor exceeding targets
  
• Priorexperience in selling labour law compliance, HR-tech, payroll,legal/regulatory, or SaaS products
  
• Backgroundat or familiarity with: Teamlease, Regtech, Simpliance, Legalwiz, Greytip,Keka, Darwinbox, Cleartax Compliance, etc.
  
• Strongconsultative selling skills — ability to understand client pain points andposition solutions effectively
  
• Excellentcommunication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Kannadaor Hindi is a plus
  
• Hands-onwith productivity and sales tools — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, ZohoCRM, Google Sheets, Notion, or similar Good to Have
  
• Understandingof core labour laws: Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act,Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act, Maternity Benefit Act
