Gupta And Company in Bengaluru seeks a Sr. Executive / Team Lead with 5–10 years of core Labour Law Compliance experience. Graduation is the minimum qualification. Excellent English, Hindi, and local language skills are required to manage statutory compliance and client relations.

The role covers end-to-end statutory compliance, license management, PF/ESI coordination, and vendor cost analysis. Willingness to travel to client sites and government offices is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years core Labour Law Compliance experience.
• Graduation is minimum qualification.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and local language.

Responsabilités

• Full responsibility for ensuring compliance under various labour laws including BOCW, CLRA, Shop, Factory.
• Timely registration, renewal, and amendments of licenses update tracker/MIS for due dates and actions
• Manage and submit all statutory returns; ensure display and maintenance of statutory notices/registers
• Coordinate and resolve PF/ESI queries including withdrawals, death claims, transfers, etc.
• Maintain professional alliances with clients at all levels
• Handle client grievances, coordinate with internal registration, payroll, and backend teams
• Guide and audit vendor compliance invoice checks, headcount reporting, document validation
• Prepare monthly vendor reports, bonus calculations, cost analysis, and budgeting for off-roll employees
• Travel to client site, labour office, or government departments as neededeven on short notice
• Handle labour department inspections or notices end-to-end till resolution.
