Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate degree or global equivalent in HR, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, Technology, Engineering, or similar.

• 5+ years in SAP SuccessFactors design, implementation, and optimization, with global deployments.
• Strong governance, audits, vendor management, and HR transformation experience.

The Senior Manager - HR Technology, Solution Design, AI & Workforce Analytics will drive the global HR technology strategy and own the end-to-end HR technology architecture, AI strategy, and digital transformation roadmap, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that enhance employee experience and business performance. The role will leverage AI, automation, SAP SuccessFactors, enterprise integrations, and workforce analytics to deliver data-driven people solutions and optimize HR operations globally. The incumbent will drive innovation, data governance, and emerging technology adoption while ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and the continuous evolution of HR capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

HR Technology, AI & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute the global HR technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
• Lead implementation, optimization, and transformation of HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead SAP SuccessFactors enhancements, integrations, data governance, and user adoption. Partner with IT and vendors to deliver scalable solutions using cloud platforms, APIs, automation, and digital self-service.
• Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, RPA, and intelligent automation to enhance employee experience and efficiency.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve workforce productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Workforce Analytics & AI-Powered Insights

• Lead workforce analytics and people intelligence using SuccessFactors People Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and other BI tools.
• Develop predictive models and insights to support workforce planning, talent management, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-driven analytics and visualization tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive manpower planning, forecasting, budgeting, and scenario modelling to support business growth and e stablish data governance.
• Ensure HR technology platforms maintain data integrity, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Design and implement automated reporting, workflows, and digital solutions using AI and Power Platform technologies.
• Oversee UAT, release management, system enhancements, and deployments.
• Partner with IT, cybersecurity, and compliance teams to meet security, privacy, and audit requirements. Drive process optimization through automation and technology-enabled transformation.
• Lead global HR technology and transformation programs, managing scope, budgets, timelines, risks, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Build business cases for technology investments, AI initiatives, and workforce analytics solutions.
• Drive agile delivery practices and foster continuous innovation and technology excellence.
• Govern vendor performance and ensure business value realization from technology investments.

Stakeholder Leadership & Capability Building

• Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Operations, and business leaders to deliver scalable technology and analytics solutions.
• Lead and develop HR Technology and Analytics teams, strengthening capabilities in AI, automation, analytics, SuccessFactors, and digital transformation.
• Champion a data-driven and AI-enabled culture across the HR function.

Education

• Postgraduate Degree/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, Analytics, Technology, Engineering, or a global equivalent degree

Experience

• 7-10 years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, Digital Transformation, AI, Workforce Analytics, and Enterprise HR Systems.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution design, implementation, and optimization, with exposure to global deployments and integrations.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder and vendor management, governance, compliance, audits, and HR transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, Analytics, AI, Automation, Data Governance, Agile, or PMP preferred.
