Job summary

Hector And Streak Consulting in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Manager HR with 10+ years of experience to lead HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management. You will drive end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate functions, partner with business leaders on workforce planning, ensure compliance with Indian Labour Laws, and lead Darwin Box implementation from requirement gathering to go-live.

The role focuses on HR automation, process transformation, employee relations, and managing HR

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent with 10+ years HR experience in FinTech/BFSI/Services.
• Hands-on experience with Darwin Box.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll, HR MIS and process improvements.
• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate and business functions, ensuring timely hiring.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, recruitment and people-related decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, POSH and S&E.
• Manage statutory filings, audits, consultants, government authorities and compliance updates.
• Lead Darwin Box implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, migration, UAT and go-live.
• Drive HR automation, technology adoption, SOP development, training and process transformation.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and employee relations.
• Manage HR vendors, recruitment consultants and payroll partners while tracking key HR metrics.
