Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in HR Operations / Shared Services / Transformation.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors HCM).
• Ability to translate HR problems into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations/shared services excellence including onboarding, employee lifecycle, benefits, payroll interface, and compliance.
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR agents using Microsoft Copilot for onboarding & preboarding, leave & attendance queries, HR policy & FAQ resolution, employee lifecycle workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Drive digital transformation across HR Shared Services—reducing manual work and improving self-service adoption.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and data privacy regulations.
• Partner with IT, Digital, and HR Tech teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.
• Champion change management and digital adoption across HR and Payroll teams.
• Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior HR Operations manager with strong exposure to AIdriven HR transformation, preferably Microsoft Copilot and intelligent automation. This role will manage HR Shared Services operations while building AIpowered solutions to automate HR workflows and elevate employee experience.
