The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, HR operations, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong HRMS/MIS skills and a proven leadership track record in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate /Degree/Diploma / MBA in HR.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing HR & IR practices.
• Expertise in labour laws, compliance, and union handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead organizational development, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning and productivity enhancement.
• Lead hiring for plant roles and optimize recruitment processes.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and early engagement.
• Maintain harmonious industrial relations across plants including unions, grievances and negotiations.
• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, Wages, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus).
• Oversee payroll, attendance, shifts, and leave administration; drive HR automation and analytics.
• Lead appraisal cycles, competency frameworks, and training programs.

Job description

1. Strategic HR Leadership

• Execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead organizational development, culture-building, and change management initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning and productivity enhancement.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Lead hiring for plant roles.
• Optimize recruitment processes and manpower utilization.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and early engagement.

3. Employee Relations & Industrial Relations

• Maintain harmonious IR across plants.
• Handle unions, grievances, negotiations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure policy adherence; manage conflicts, absenteeism, and attrition.

4. Statutory Compliance & Audit

• Ensure 100% compliance with labour laws (Factories Act, Wages, PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus).
• Manage inspections, audits, and statutory submissions.

5. Performance Management & L&D

• Lead appraisal cycles and competency frameworks.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training programs.
• Drive performance improvement plans.

6. HR Operations & Systems

• Oversee payroll, attendance, shifts, and leave administration.
• Drive HR automation and HRMS improvements.
• Strengthen HR MIS and analytics.

7. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Execute engagement, R&R, and welfare initiatives.
• Promote safety culture with EHS.
• Enhance employee experience.
