Job summary

Nibe Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and strengthen our people practices across the employee lifecycle. The role requires strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and a focus on compliance and development.

The successful candidate will drive talent acquisition for leadership roles, develop HR strategies, manage onboarding and performance processes, and partner with leaders on workforce planning and development in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for leadership and critical roles.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

About the Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have expertise across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for leadership and critical business roles.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage employee onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary matters.

• Maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation while driving process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile
