Job summary

Isler India is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager HR with 5–8 years of manufacturing HR experience to manage end-to-end HR operations for blue- and white-collar staff. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance, including Factory Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, POSH, and more.

The successful candidate will lead employee relations, performance management, training, and HR policy implementation while maintaining records, MIS, and audits.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
• 5 to 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company with exposure to both blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Exposure to ISO audits and HR compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff and shop-floor workforce.
• Handle attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, POSH, and other statutory requirements.
• Drive employee engagement, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
• Coordinate performance management, training & development, and HR policy implementation.
• Maintain HR records, MIS, documentation, audits, and compliance reports.
• Support manpower planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and people-related challenges.
• Foster a positive, disciplined, and performance-driven work culture across the organization.
