Job summary

Durucooperation is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee end-to-end Human Resources and General Administration functions, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

The role covers talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, culture, compliance, compensation & benefits, HR analytics, and facilities administration in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of HR and Administration experience in a reputed corporate organization.
  • Minimum 10 years of continuous service in at least one organization with a stable career history.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll, compensation, and HR operations.
  • Experience in strategic HR planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Logistics industry experience will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition activities.
  • Manage HR operations, employee relations, performance management, rewards & recognition, and employee welfare.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, learning & development, and CSR programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, safety, security, and contract labor requirements.
  • Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, annual appraisals, increments, leave administration, and full & final settlements.
  • Monitor HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, recruitment, and MIS reporting.
  • Manage general administration, facilities, assets, vendors, office maintenance, expatriate support, and administrative services.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture and maintain strong employee-management relations.
