Job summary

Phoenix Mills is seeking a Senior Manager – Fire & Safety to lead Fire & Life Safety design and compliance across high-rise structures. The role requires overseeing FLS from concept through construction, coordinating with regulatory authorities and external vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with 10–12 years in real estate and certifications NFPA, NEBOSH, OSHA.

Qualifications

• NFPA, NEBOSH and OSHA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review Fire & Life Safety (FLS) designs for high-rise buildings from concept through construction.
• Ensure compliance with NBC 2016, relevant IS standards, NFPA guidelines.
