Leading Life Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Manager- Financial Reporting (IGAAP) to oversee monthly, quarterly and annual close processes with strict adherence to IGAAP and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate with auditors, prepare Board deliverables, monitor internal controls, and provide strategic financial insights to senior management and department heads.

• Lead closure of statutory and internal audits, coordinating with auditors and internal teams.
• Monitor internal controls and financial policies to ensure robust governance and risk mitigation.
• Provide financial insights and support to senior management and department heads.
• Plan and oversee strategic finance projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with IT teams to test system requirements, evaluate new functionalities, and manage change requests (CRs) for defect
