Leading Life Insurance Company in Gurgaon invites an experienced Senior Manager- Regulatory Reporting to join its finance leadership team. The role focuses on consolidating group reporting under IND AS and coordinating with the Holding Company for data and queries.

You will manage IRDAI regulatory reporting (BAP submissions, public disclosures, Life Council reporting) and oversee statutory audits. The candidate will ensure SEBI compliance for listed debentures and drive process improvements via

• Liaising with IT for CRs and defect resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate group financials under IND AS and coordinate with holding company team.
• Manage regulatory reporting to IRDAI (BAP submissions, disclosures, Life Council etc.).
• Oversee quarterly statutory audits by joint auditors.
• Ensure ICF framework stays updated with system/process changes.
• Ensure SEBI compliance for listed debentures.
• Plan and oversee projects to meet timelines and budget.
• Test system requirements and liaise with IT for defect resolution.

Job Summary

We have an Urgent Opening for the Position of Senior Manager- Regulatory Reporting in Leading Life Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

• Fit for consolidation financials for group reporting (IND AS complied). Coordinating with Holding Company team for queries, data requirement etc.
• Managing regulatory reportings to IRDAI ex. BAP submission, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, New business certificate, BAP operational, any other adhoc requirement from IRDAI etc.
• Handling quarterly Statutory audit by joint statutory auditors
• Ensuring ICF framework update all the time with respect to process and system changes.
• Company having listed debentures. Person need to ensure timely SEBI compliances wrt to listed debentures.
• Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget
• Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
