Job summary

Lavya Associates HR Services is recruiting for an urgent opening: Senior Manager- Financial Reporting (IGAAP) for a Leading Life Insurance Company. You will lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and ensure compliance with IGAAP, Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, and IRDAI.

You will coordinate audits, strengthen internal controls, and provide insights to senior management across IT and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IGAAP.
• Ensure timely submission of Audit Committee and Board deliverables, including policy reviews and closure of action taken reports (ATRs).
• Ensure full compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act 2013, SEBI LODR, and IRDAI regulations.
• Lead closure of statutory and internal audits, coordinating with auditors and internal teams.
• Monitor internal controls and financial policies to ensure robust governance and risk mitigation.
• Provide financial insights and support to senior management and department heads.
• Plan and oversee strategic finance projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Collaborate with IT teams to test system requirements, evaluate new functionalities, and manage change requests (CRs) for defect resolution and delivery
