Job summary

ADVENXA is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Record-to-Report (R2R) function for the Life & Annuity insurance business, ensuring accurate financial reporting, timely closing, regulatory compliance, and continuous process improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in GL within Insurance F&A, strong knowledge of R2R and month-end closing, and proficiency in SAP/Oracle with advanced MS Excel. Leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Insurance Finance & Accounting is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of R2R, month-end closing and journal entries.
• Experience in Life & Annuity (L&A) insurance accounting is preferred.
• Knowledge of IFRS 17, local GAAP, and regulatory compliance.
