Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India invites an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to bolster finance reporting and accounting controls in Mumbai. The role focuses on IND AS/IFRS reporting, monthly book closure, and regulatory returns for a leading insurance/financial services organization.

The candidate will oversee financial statements, P&L forecasting, and inter-system reconciliations, collaborating with internal teams and auditors. Fluency in English/Hindi is preferred.

• CA with 5–8 years of experience in finance & reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and regulatory reporting.
• Experience in monthly book closure and preparing financial statements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly book closure and prepare financial statements per IGAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.
• Handle IRDAI accounting reports and regulatory returns.
• Perform Opex variance analysis and monthly P&L forecasting.
• Monitor reconciliations between policy systems and SAP for revenue and balance sheet items.
• Ensure timely closure of books and submission of regulatory reports.
• Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders.

Hiring an experienced Finance professional to strengthen financial preparation, reporting, and accounting controls. This is an excellent opportunity for Chartered Accountants with strong expertise in financial reporting, Ind AS/IFRS, monthly book closure, financial statements, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage monthly book closure and prepare financial statements as per IGAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.
2. Handle monthly, quarterly, and yearly IRDAI accounting reports and regulatory returns.
3. Perform Opex variance analysis, expense provision monitoring, and monthly P&L forecasting and reconciliation.
4. Monitor reconciliations between policy administration systems and SAP for revenue and balance sheet items.
5. Ensure timely closure of books and submission of regulatory reports.
6. Coordinate with internal departments, statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

1. Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, Ind AS, and IFRS.
3. Experience in financial statement preparation, book closure, and regulatory reporting.
4. Knowledge of SAP and Life Asia.
5. Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial controls and reconciliations.
6. Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
