Leading Life Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Manager- Regulatory Reporting to oversee consolidated financials and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role involves coordinating with the Holding Company, managing IRDAI reporting, BAP submissions, disclosures, and SEBI compliance for listed debentures. A strong grasp of IND AS and audit processes is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare consolidated financials for group reporting (IND AS).
• Coordinate with Holding Company on data demands and queries.
• Manage IRDAI regulatory reporting including BAP submissions and disclosures.
• Handle quarterly statutory audits with joint auditors.
• Maintain ICF framework updates in line with processes and systems.
• Ensure SEBI compliances for listed debentures are timely.
• Plan and oversee projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Test system requirements, propose CRs to IT, and coordinate defect resolution.

Job Summary

We have an Urgent Opening for the Position of Senior Manager- Regulatory Reporting in Leading Life Insurance Company.

Responsibilities

• Fit for consolidation financials for group reporting (IND AS complied). Coordinating with Holding Company team for queries, data requirement etc.
• Managing regulatory reportings to IRDAI ex. BAP submission, public disclosures, Life Council reporting, New business certificate, BAP operational, any other adhoc requirement from IRDAI etc.
• Handling quarterly Statutory audit by joint statutory auditors
• Ensuring ICF framework update all the time with respect to process and system changes.
• Company having listed debentures. Person need to ensure timely SEBI compliances wrt to listed debentures.
• Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget
• Testing of system requirements, evaluate new requirements and providing CRs to IT, liase with IT for resolution of defects and delivery
