Job summary

MAX-HR-SOLUTIONS seeks a BE-qualified engineer to design and manage ELV projects including CCTV, access control, fire alarms, and security systems. You will deliver consultancy and design deliverables for regional accounts, document CAD drawings, calculations, BOQs, and specs, and work with vendors to maintain timelines.

You will also conduct site visits, advise on innovations, manage client expectations, and ensure project profitability through collaboration with the finance team.

Qualifications

• BE in Electronics or Electrical with relevant experience in ELV, CCTV, access control, fire alarm and security systems.
• Experience in designing and handling projects and delivering CAD drawings and documents.
• Knowledge of territory/ geography and direct industrial product sales.

Responsibilities

• Designing and handling ELV and security projects (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, etc.).
• Provide consultancy and design deliverables for region/accounts.
• Document CAD drawings, calculations, BOQs, specifications and sketches with engineering team.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely project delivery and profitability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Designing and Handling Customers Projects related to ELV, Extra Low Voltage, CCTV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm, IBM, BMS System. Public Address System, Electronic Security, Security Automation, Biometrics, Intruder Alarm, etc.,
• Responsible for Consultancy and Design Deliverables for the region / accounts.
• Adept in Security Risk Management Frameworks and Conceptualization strategies
• Conceptualize the design delivery strategy and approach for a project and meet all key milestones as per clients required standards.
• Work closely with engineering team to document every aspect of the project including CAD and Revit Drawings, Calculations, BOQs, Specifications, Sketches etc.
• Work closely with vendors and delivery partners to deliver aspects of the project and maintain delivery timelines.
• Conduct site-visits and advise on innovation, technological and non-technological aspects as well as highlight any loopholes.
• Responsible for overall profitability of the project - Work with Finance department to assess financial viability of the project, raise timely invoices and clear subcontractor payments.
• Responsible for relationship management with the client including all activities as well as managing clients expectations.
• Responsible for timely delivery of quality assurance passed deliverable
• Responsible to meet the revenue targets for the practice as per defined guidelines
• Maintain information and documentation repository for all projects.
