Job summary

Netplace Technologies is seeking an experienced ELV Project Engineer to manage CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, PA systems and structured cabling. You will plan projects, supervise sites, coordinate with vendors and clients, ensure timely completion and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires ITI/ Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics with strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams and end-users on-site.

About the role :

We are looking for an experienced ELV (Extra Low Voltage) Project Engineer to manage and execute ELV systems projects such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, PA systems, and structured cabling. The role includes project planning, site supervision, coordination with vendors and clients, ensuring timely completion, and compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities :

• General and Task Management
• Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing,installation, commissioning, and final buy off phases. Plan project requirements and resources,including the sourcing of subcontract elements, etc.
• React promptly and effectively to changing client and product needs.
• Anticipate any potential project risks, and identify and establish corrective actions.
• Produce deliverables on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary.
• Produce clear, focused, and understandable explanations for change requests.
• Track customer changes and participate in customer meetings when required.
• Track tasks against the project timing plan.
• Assist with design verification and sign-off reporting.
• Apply specific technical skills as required to support the customer or colleagues.
• Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
• Manage the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Undertake continuous training and development.
• Lead and/or support technicians and trainee engineers.
• Comply with the Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies Installation, Implementation, configuration, designing, site survey, deployment Coordination with Junior engineers for site-related works.
