The ideal candidate should be well-organized, process-focused and capable of managing delivery across complex healthcare technology programs, ensuring alignment with client priorities and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in IT, Product Engineering or Technology Services.
• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, Account Management or similar leadership roles.
• Strong experience in managing enterprise client engagements and technology delivery.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering accountability, collaboration and a strong delivery culture.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of modern technology and delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and overall account health for assigned client engagements, ensuring commitments are met across scope, timelines, quality and customer expectations.
• Act as the primary interface for key client stakeholders and build strong, trusted relationships across business and technology teams.
• Lead governance, periodic reviews and delivery discussions, ensuring clear communication of progress, priorities, risks and key decisions.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery predictability, efficiency and transparency.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering Leads and other stakeholders to ensure effective execution and alignment with client priorities, using tools such as Jira for delivery tracking and visibility.
• Monitor key delivery and account metrics and provide insights to internal leadership for informed decision-making.
• Support account planning, scope discussions, estimation and change requests as required.
