Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the solutions delivery strategy in alignment with organizational goals and business priorities.
• Manage the portfolio of projects, balancing operational efficiency, quality, and innovation.
• Support the organizations transformation journey by incorporating AI-led innovation and automation into delivery workflows.
• Scale global delivery operations to support expanding product lines and achieve high-growth objectives.
• Implement and maintain effective governance frameworks, Agile methodologies, and delivery best practices.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to quality, timelines, customer satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and cost optimization.
• Lead and mentor regional delivery leaders to enhance process maturity and embed innovation and a customer-first mindset within the team.
• Contribute to the creation of Centers of Excellence (CoEs) focused on Agile practices, DevOps, and AI-based transformation.
• Act as a point of escalation for delivery-related challenges and ensure alignment with client objectives and business expectations.
• Partner with clients to build long-term strategic relationships and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions to deliver seamless implementations and maximize ROI for clients.
