Job summary

AVIZVA is hiring an Associate Manager - Program Management to lead complex client engagements and balance scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale IT application development projects or programs.
  • Strong expertise in project planning, estimation, resource management, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, SDLC, and project management tools.
  • Strong knowledge of stakeholder management, risk management, change management, and project governance.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-site teams and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects/programs, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.
  • Define project scope, manage change requests, and support project estimation, sizing, and RFP activities.
  • Develop project plans, resource plans, schedules, and staffing strategies to ensure successful execution.
  • Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and drive corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead project governance through status reporting, executive presentations, client workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO processes, quality standards, Agile/SDLC methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, contribute to organizational initiatives, and support recruitment and talent development.

Overview of The Role

As an Associate Manager - Program Management, you will lead complex client engagements by balancing scope, timelines, cost, quality, and risk to ensure successful project delivery.
