Growth Ops Leader (GOL) - US Growth Operations (Grade E)
We are seeking a talented individual to join Marsh’s US Growth Operations team as a Growth Ops Leader (GOL). This role will be based in Gurugram (Gurgaon), India. This is a hybrid role, that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
US Growth Operations supports Marsh’s growth agenda by enabling pipeline execution, improving data quality and sales discipline, delivering insights and reporting, and coordinating key cadences and communications across stakeholders. The team partners closely with Zone Leaders, Office Leaders, Market/Industry Leaders, Sales Leaders, Client Executives, and growth enablement stakeholders to drive adoption of standard processes, governance, and tools across the US.
This role is responsible for supporting US growth strategy execution through pipeline operations, client experience measurement (CEM) support, financial analysis & reporting, meeting/cadence management, CRM support, and marketing enablement - requiring strong analytical capability, operational rigor, stakeholder management, and comfort working across US time zones.
