Job summary

ZF Group is seeking a Senior Manager - CREM for Commercial Vehicles and Control Systems in India. The role requires 14+ years of experience and a BE Civil qualification to lead construction and real estate projects across PAN India.

The candidate will coordinate MEP works, secure government approvals, manage budgets, ensure safety, and drive project delivery with strict adherence to timelines and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• BE Civil is required.
• 14+ years of relevant experience for Senior Manager role.
• Experience in construction projects and real estate/CREM domain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the implementation of and compliance with guidelines, applicable local rules, standards and legal regulations;
• Determining and controlling the annual real estate projects budget
• Leading the CVCS Projects across PAN India locations
• Controlling the quality in projects.
• Ensuring risk management in projects.
• Act as main point of contact for all CVCS related projects for India
• Ensuring all safety practices are followed with Zero accident culture.
• Ensuring projects are completed within approved time schedules.
• Coordination with various internal and external stakeholders in Projects.
• Monitoring and tracking projects, reporting and documentation.
• Knowledge of land survey and development
• Review of design and drawings
