Job summary

ZF Group India seeks an experienced Senior Manager - Finance: FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will manage month-end closing, MIS, and KPI tracking while ensuring compliance with SEZ, GST, and audit processes. Strong Excel, data analytics, and ERP experience (Navision) are essential.

Power BI exposure is preferred. The role offers strategic influence across divisions, with stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration central to success.

Qualifications

• CA with 12-15 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and data handling capabilities.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics NAV/Navision.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and audits.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Power BI expertise desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, annual operating plans, and financial reviews.
• Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget, Actual vs Forecast, MoM).
• Manage month-end closing and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare periodic MIS reports and track business KPIs.
• Lead division controlling and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with SEZ, STPI, GST, and Softex requirements.
• Coordinate statutory audits with Big 4 firms.
• Handle large datasets and perform financial analysis using advanced Excel.
• Work with ERP systems, preferably Navision/Navision NAV.
• Develop and support reporting dashboards using Power BI (preferred).
