Responsibilities

• CAPEX Equipment Sourcing: Lead sourcing and procurement of API equipment and related CAPEX requirements in line with project specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Vendor Evaluation & Negotiation: Identify and evaluate suitable equipment vendors and lead commercial negotiations through direct engagement, auctions and RfX processes.
• Technical & Commercial Alignment: Coordinate with technical/project stakeholders to ensure equipment specifications, commercial terms and vendor proposals are aligned with project requirements.
• Approval & Contract Management: Manage CAPEX procurement approvals as per DoA and oversee contracting and commercial closure with selected vendors.
• PR-to-PO Execution: Drive timely conversion of approved PRs to POs following negotiation and vendor finalization.
• Vendor & Project Delivery Management: Coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure timely delivery in line with project milestones, specifications and agreed contractual terms.
