Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation & Lab Instrumentation – Key ResponsibilitiesVendor & Specification Management: Streamline the vendor base and standardize product specifications across Utility, Electrical, Instrumentation and Lab Instrumentation categories.Sourcing & Vendor Evaluation: Drive sourcing through F2F negotiations, vendor evaluations and market benchmarking.Purchase Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations through direct engagement, auctions and RfX processes to achieve optimal value.Approval & Contract Management: Manage approvals in line with DoA and oversee contracting and commercial closure.PR-to-PO Management: Finalize negotiations and ensure timely conversion of PRs to POs.Vendor & Delivery Management: Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials/services in line with technical and business requirements.
