Job summary

NoBrokerHood in Mumbai is seeking a dynamic Ad Sales leader to drive brand acquisition and advertising revenue in the city. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure and build strategic partnerships with brands and agencies.

Lead a team of Ad Sales / Brand Partnership professionals, set targets, monitor performance, and coach the team to achieve revenue goals. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Brand Partnerships / B2B Sales.
• Strong team handling and leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
• Experience in Digital, OOH/DOOH, AdTech or Experiential Marketing is a plus.
