Job summary

Venpa Staffing is seeking a Senior Manager – F&A Service Delivery to lead global Finance & Accounting delivery from Chennai, onsite, with US night shift. Requires 15+ years overall and 10+ years in F&A. Immediate joiners preferred; notice 0–15 days.

Responsibilities include managing multiple F&A towers (Billing, FP&A, OTC, PTP, RTR), driving transitions, standardization, automation and COE initiatives, and mentoring 50+ FTEs while ensuring SLA/KPI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Operations or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage Managed Services delivery for international Finance & Accounting clients across North America, Europe & APAC.
• Lead multiple F&A towers, including: Billing, FP&A, OTC, PTP, RTR.
• Drive Service Delivery, Due Diligence, Transitions & Transformation initiatives within Finance & Accounts.
• Lead and mentor a team of 50+ FTEs, ensuring operational excellence and consistent service delivery.
• Drive standardization, simplification, automation and COE initiatives across global F&A towers.
• Own and improve key business outcome indicators across all towers.
• Monitor SLA & KPI performance and ensure achievement of daily deliverables and operational targets.
